01 / General

The basics.

How the program works, who qualifies, and what you get.

Rooftop solar panels, an LG home battery, inverter, all wiring, all permits, and commissioning. Installed, monitored, and maintained for the duration of the 25-year agreement.
Homeowners in our active states (MD, WV, CO), with a roof that faces south, east, or west and has less than 30% shade. No credit check required.
We aren't - we're financing the hardware through federal tax credits and our investor partners, and we make our money from the 30% discount we sell you for 25 years. Everyone wins.
Yes. Fill out any state form and you'll be the first to know when we expand.
Our in-house crew. We don't subcontract residential installs.
Tier 1 mono-crystalline panels, Enphase micro-inverters, and LG RESU home batteries.
02 / Cost & Contract

Money, and what you sign.

The Power Purchase Agreement in plain English.

No - it's a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). You pay for the electricity the system produces, not for the hardware.
Excess production is exported to the grid under net-metering, further reducing your bill.
Your rate is fixed at 30% below your utility's current rate and escalates at a known 1.9% per year - less than half the historical utility hike.
The PPA transfers to the new homeowner. Most buyers view the locked-in lower bill as a selling point.
Yes - there's a buyout option at years 7, 15, and 20. Pricing is based on fair market value.
No. You can transfer, buy out, or have the system removed (at remaining contract value) at any point.
Since you're buying electricity - not financing equipment - credit isn't a factor. Proof of homeownership is.
03 / Installation

The day on your roof.

What install day looks like and what to expect.

One day on-site for panels and battery. Full project cycle (application → switch-on) is ~21 days.
Briefly, at start and end, so you can walk through the system with our lead. The rest of the day you can carry on as normal.
No. We use rail systems with flashed roof attachments that are watertight. 25-year roof penetration warranty included.
We'll remove and reinstall the panels at cost ($1,500–$2,500 depending on system size). We coordinate with any roofer you choose.
Brief periods (~30–60 min total) during electrical tie-in. We schedule these with you ahead of time.
We reschedule within 5 business days at no cost. Safety first.
Yes - we handle all county and utility permits for you.
04 / After Install

Living with solar.

Monitoring, maintenance, and what happens when things go sideways.

Via the Meta mobile app. Real-time production, consumption, and battery state.
We do - for the full 25 years. Zero cost to you.
We monitor every system 24/7. If something fails, we dispatch before you even notice.
Yes - whole-home backup is standard. 16 kWh capacity, automatic transfer switch.
Panels self-shed snow in most conditions. Production dips briefly during heavy storms; annual production remains strong.
Our Tier 1 panels carry a 25-year production warranty guaranteeing at least 85% of their original output.
